We bought our first car from Neil a couple of month ago! The all buying experience was very good and stress free. Neil assisted us in everything and delivered the car in perfect conditions, clean, with brand new MOT and documentation up to date. Would really recommend to go and have a look at the cars in his shop!
Recently have come back to Neil for a car MOT and service and also a browse at potentially a new car for my myself having bought my mini from him three years ago. Neil collected the car for me from my work place, took it for the MOT and service and had it dropped off back to me before my end of working day. I had left it a tad short notice but Neil kindly made time for me and got everything sorted ASAP. He was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process keeping me updated with text messages and we discussed what car id be looking to buy next and he even said he would offer me part exchange on the mini. Just waiting now on something to fit what I’d like to come in stock and I’ll be heading over to view. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.
Brought my car from Neil 8 month ago and wheel bearings needed replacing Neil came to house collected my car took it got them done and brought back to the house within 4 hours and so thrilled it had been wash and sparkling clean as the day I brought it thank you so much really nice genuine man
My partner brought me a convertible Ford Focus from Donnington Motors in May 22. We’ve never brought a car online before and were a bit nervous. But after talking to Neil, he made us feel better about it. Neil delivered my car, and WOW ! It was even better than the photos. My lovely car drives like a dream and I’m so very happy. It’s certainly a ‘head turner’ ! Neil was so lovely, a straight talker and a gentleman (not your average car dealer) I can’t stop smiling … I love my car. I would recommend this family run business to anyone I know. I bought a Ford Focus from him recently and, despite a few teething problems due to general wear and tear after 2 weeks of ownership, I couldn't be happier with it. I didn't trouble Neil with these issues for that reason. Neil wasn't a pushy salesman. He allowed us more than ample time for a test drive. My wife and I felt very comfortable buying a used car from him. I was due to part exchange my old car with him before my old car developed some issues. He offered to pick my car up from Basingstoke and take it to his mechanic friend for diagnosis. In the ending paid full asking price instead and sold my old car on as a project. Neil was flexible and very helpful.
