I recently joined Blue Angel and I am very happy with the application process and the job role. I found the interview to be very warm and welcoming, they were fair and genuinely interested in my experience. They were also very honest about what the job entails and progression within the company. Upon starting I found all of the staff to be kind and caring. The training was very detailed and the trainer was very helpful. He was willing to answer any questions that I may have and was able to answer these in great detail. The atmosphere in the office is very welcoming, everybody is polite and bubbly. You feel instantly comfortable. You are able to ask any question or for support and everybody is willing to help you to the best of their ability. The manager is very fair. She listens to peoples problems and is willing to go the extra mile for her staff. She actively encourages career progression and always celebrates staff achievements this pushes staff to be the best that they can be.

I highly recommend Blue Angel Care they are so professional, i have only been with blue angel a couple of weeks to help with care for my mum and they have helped my mum so much they show her respect and maintain her dignity throughout personal care. They show respect for me and my home. They always ask if there is anything they can do for you before they leave. Blue Angel is very well led by there management i have had several phone calls to see how my mum is and asking how i am. I really can't praise this company enough they have done so much for me and my mum I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BLUE ANGEL.
